Adding Customers
The customer entity is used to manage multiple services. For customers with Azure tenant configured, you can define Live Platform operators for the tenant who manage all services configured under the customer. For the customer entity, you can monitor Voice Quality and Performance Monitoring data that is sampled for devices managed under the entity and for calls managed through these devices. When added by a channel, the customer is automatically attached to the channel. Alternatively, the Service Provider or SysAdmin can attach the customer to a channel.
